Established in 1997, Lange's vineyard is family owned and run by Kim & Chelsea and their three young children, Jack, Ella & Dylan together with Kim's parents Don & Maxine. All three generations of the Lange family live on the property at Frankland River.

The Lange family has always had a long association with wine grapes in the Frankland River region. The vineyard was planted on an elevated location from clone material over 20 years ago on their property called Lange's Place. James Kellie from Harewood Estate is contracted to make the wine and has made the 2011 to 2015 vintages. Lange’s 2012 Shiraz is the second wine released in limited quantities. Produced from a select parcel of fruit from their old Shiraz block.

The Lange's produce a Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend that completes the pigeon pair. They chose the story of the old stock route for their label as it adjoins the back of the property and was used in the late 1800's to drove stock. They have paid tribute to this legacy and history by depicting the stockman on their family grown and produced wine label.
